This Banpresto figurine depicts Yujiro Hanma, nicknamed ‘the strongest creature on Earth’, in a spectacular Version A from the Grandista collection. Standing approximately 27 cm tall, it immediately stands out thanks to its all-gold finish, which covers both the figure and his clothing, transforming the sculpture into an almost statuesque representation of the fighter.
Yujiro is depicted bare-chested, with both arms raised high and spread wide above him, his fingers splayed in a theatrical and provocative pose. His aggressive expression, his spiked hair and the angle of his body perfectly convey his absolute self-assurance. Above all, this pose allows the character’s extraordinary muscular development to be fully showcased.
The sculpture places great emphasis on anatomy: the pectorals, abdominals, shoulders, arms and forearms are particularly well-defined, with numerous visible veins. The back, too, features highly detailed work on the various muscle groups, directly evoking the extraordinary physical power that characterises Yujiro in the work. Banpresto specifically highlights his muscular mass, sculpted veins and provocative pose as the key elements of this Grandista.
Yujiro wears loose-fitting trousers with deeply sculpted pleats, paired with shoes. The monochrome gold finish covers the entire figure with a shiny metallic sheen, making every contour stand out in the light. This Version A is therefore a particularly stylised interpretation of Yujiro rather than a reproduction in his usual colours.
