This Banpresto figurine depicts Jack Hammer, also known as Jack Hanma, from the Gavvlip collection. This Version B embodies the range’s distinctive concept in the form of an oversized head, approximately 8 cm high and 9 cm deep, with the focus entirely on the fighter’s ferocious expression and enormous jaw.
Version B stands out immediately thanks to its entirely gold finish. The face, hair, ears and even the teeth are rendered in various metallic shades of gold, giving the sculpture an appearance reminiscent of a small trophy bust. This uniform colour scheme also serves to highlight the numerous contours of the face, particularly the deeply chiselled creases around the eyes, nose and cheeks.
Jack sports a huge grin revealing both rows of teeth, whilst his narrowed eyes and sharply arched eyebrows give the character an expression that is both menacing and deliberately exaggerated. The massive jaw plays a prominent role in the composition, directly highlighting the importance of the bite in his fighting style. Viewed in profile, the sculpture particularly emphasises the projection of the chin and the exceptional bulk of the jaw muscles.
